Women’s primary genitals are mostly hidden so that only a
hairy triangle is visible in an upright position. The external
genital parts consist of the venus mound and the big external
lips which cover the entrance of the vagina and the entrance of
the urethra. Between the two external lips are the inner lips,
two very sensitive, hairless folds of skin.
When you part them with your fingers you can see the outer
parts of your clitoris. The inner lips stretch over the clitoris and
the shaft in a hood. Underneath the clitoris there is the
entrance to the urethra, a short tube that leads to the bladder.
This urethra opening through which the urine is passed can be
very small and is located above the vaginal opening. Woman
can find it easiest by sticking a finger into the vagina and
pulling the opening down in the direction of the anus. Usually
the opening of the urethra becomes visible inside the fold of
skin. Directly underneath is the opening of the vagina. Two to
three centimetres around the opening is the hymen, which can
be shaped like an irregular seam. With some young girls and
women the entrance can be covered by it partly or entirely.
Depending on the type of woman the depth of the yoni can vary
between 7- 23 cm, and the opening can be between 2,5- 8 cm
wide. The area between vagina and anus is called perineum
or damn.
When you pull back the hood (which is created by the inner
lips) the clitoris pearl appears underneath. Underneath the tip
the corpus or shaft is located. A woman can feel the corpus
beneath the skin.
When a woman is sexuality aroused the clitoris enlarges and
doubles in size. Once the climax is reached the pearl retreats
again until it is fully hidden under the hood. Afterwards it
reappears.
The anatomy of the pearl can be very different. The interesting
thing about the pearl is its incredible sensitivity. Directly above
the hood and linked to it is the venus band. Rubbing this area
of the clitoris shaft back and forth with your fingertips is
particularly stimulating.
Another orgiastic trigger on the female sexual organs is the
G-spot, which is named after its discoverer, the German
doctor Gräfenberg.
The G-spot or more nicely said, the goddess spot, is located
in the vagina behind the pubic bone, in the area of the front
wall of the pubic channel.
The feature of the G-spot is that the tissue at this place feels
ribbed or hard, while the rest of the pubic wall is smooth.
There are different theories about the sensitivity of the G-spot.
The most interesting is that the nerves, which create the
lustfulness at the pearl, pass this spot on their way to the spine.
There is also a nerve link between the G-spot and the bladder.
The stimulation of this spot creates the false impression that a
woman needs to urinate.
The G-spot is surrounded by spongy tissue, called bartholin
gland. Here fluid can pass during an orgasm, which is similar
to prostate fluid (“female ejaculation“).
The female genitals are unique. Women can have the same
basic organs, but differ in size, colour and shape: the distance
between the organs can differ. Genitals can be as unique as
faces: We all have eyes, a nose and a mouth and yet they
differ in size and location. These differences of organs seem
to have little influence on sexual functions.
Some women have big, thick outer lips - some have very thin
outer lips. Some women have outer lips of a slightly darker
shade than the surrounding skin. Some women have much
yoni hair, some less. The colour of pubic hair can differ from
the colour of head hair. Also the size of the clitoris is different.
Many women have a small hump on their clitoris pearl, or their
clitoris is split and consists of two separate parts grown
together. The hood above the clitoris can differ in size and
thickness. Some women have wrinkled clitoris hoods, while
others are simple and small. The inner lips can also differ.
Some women have very narrow, others very long inner lips that
hang outward underneath the outside lips. The colour of the
inner lips vary from rosé to brown; some women even have
two-coloured inner lips – rosé on the inside and brown towards
the edge. None of these differences seem to have any
influence on the ability of a woman to react sexually.
